In the field of PVC additives, we mainly supply MBS and Acrylic Processing Aids (ACR), both essential functional materials for the PVC processing industry. As an impact modifier, MBS improves the toughness, low-temperature resistance and processing stability of PVC products, lowering the risk of brittle cracking under low-temperature conditions. ACR acrylic processing aids facilitate PVC plasticization, enhance melt strength, improve the surface finish of finished products and ensure stable extrusion processing. Our MBS serves as a high-efficiency impact modifier for the PVC processing industry, greatly improving the toughness, low-temperature resistance and processing stability of PVC products, and is widely applied in PVC pipes, profiles, films and plastic accessories.

ACR — PVC Processing Aid

Our ACR is a white powder processing aid for clear PVC applications such as bottles, calendered and extruded film and sheet. It improves fusion behavior and enhances melt strength, with excellent clarity, better dispersibility in the PVC melt and improved surface uniformity.
